TitleAsst is led by Alex Varghese, a highly experienced conveyancing professional with over 20 years’ expertise across England & Wales. He began his career as a junior paralegal and progressed through increasingly senior positions, gaining comprehensive exposure to all aspects of residential conveyancing operations.  His experience includes:

  • Establishing Conveyancing departments within firms
  • Customization and implementation of case management systems
  • Staff training and team building
  • Conveyancing Manager

This progression from operational roles to leadership enables TitleAsst to understand not only the legal requirements, but also the commercial, technical, and operational demands of modern conveyancing practices.

Alex has successfully completed the Legal Services Foundation Course and the Higher-Level Conveyancer Course with a LEXCEL-accredited solicitor firm in London.  In the outsourcing sector, he has successfully supported multiple pilot projects, resolving start-up challenges through efficient systems and streamlined workflows.

With a background in law and science, and technical expertise spanning AI, automation, and enterprise systems (supported by PGDCA, MCSA, and CCNA), he brings a distinctive ability to deliver technology-enabled, high-performance conveyancing solutions.
